In Belgrade, students blocked traffic in the city center. They are demanding to open the voter lists, UNN reports with reference to Radio Liberty.

At night, protesters tried to get to the city assembly, and police used tear gas. Almost 40 people were arrested.
According to the newspaper, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with the Russian ambassador amid the protests today. Meanwhile, Putin's spokesman said that there were allegedly "attempts by third forces, including those from abroad, to provoke similar unrest in Belgrade."
