Since the beginning of the year, 341 cases of arson of military vehicles have been recorded in Ukraine. In 219 cases, suspicion has already been announced, and 184 people are being held accountable.

Since the beginning of the year, police officers have recorded 341 cases of arson of military vehicles, and in 219 cases, a suspect has already been notified. This was reported by the Deputy Head of the National Police of Ukraine - Head of the Criminal Police Andriy Nyebytov on the air of the Suspilne TV channel, reports UNN.

Andriy Nyebytov noted that since the beginning of 2024, the arson of military vehicles has become more frequent compared to 2023.

If we take individual cases of arson of military vehicles, then as of today, we have recorded 341 such crimes. Of course, the majority of them fell on the spring-summer of this year, but with the preventive and operational-search measures taken and the detention of certain participants in these crimes, such cases have significantly decreased. In 219 cases, the investigators have notified the suspects, and a total of 184 people are being held criminally liable for committing these crimes on the territory of Ukraine
