David Kozak, a 24-year-old philosophy student, goes on a mass shooting spree in the center of Prague, killing more than 15 people and injuring 24.

Czech police chief Martin Vondrashek said that as of the evening, the death toll from the shooting at Charles University in Prague had exceeded 15, and 24 more people were under medical care.
