"Agreed on a common vision": Syrskyi met with the military leadership of Britain and France

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces held talks with the military of Great Britain and France regarding guaranteeing the security of Ukraine. They discussed steps for lasting peace in Ukraine and Europe.

Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi took part in negotiations with foreign delegations led by the Chief of Defence Staff of Great Britain, Admiral Anthony Radakin, and the Chief of the Joint Staff of the Armed Forces of France, General Thierry Burkhard. He reported this on Telegram, UNN informs.

It is noted that the military discussed further steps to ensure the security of Ukraine in the event of agreements on the cessation of hostilities.
During the negotiations, we jointly identified steps that could guarantee a stable and just peace in Ukraine. Together with the commanders-in-chief of the armed forces of Great Britain and France, we agreed on a common vision of ways to achieve and ensure the long-term security of both Ukraine and the whole of Europe.
He emphasized that the working visits to Ukraine of the commanders-in-chief of the armed forces of the leading states of the "coalition of the willing" demonstrated the unwavering determination of the allies to unite in order to preserve the existing architecture of world security and became another confirmation of their willingness to continue to support the independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
