This morning, a minibus crashed into a checkpoint near Lutsk, injuring three people. According to preliminary information, the driver fell asleep at the wheel. This was reported by the police of the Volyn region, according to UNN.

A Mercedes Sprinter reportedly crashed into a checkpoint near Lutsk. As a result, one police officer and a DFAT volunteer were injured. A passenger of the vehicle was also injured. All were taken to the hospital for examination.
The car was driven by a resident of Rivne region. According to police, the driver fell asleep at the wheel.
The issue of registering the information in the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations under Art. 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is being decided. The investigation is ongoing, law enforcement officers added.
