35 types of deferral will be available online in Reserve+: when

As early as the end of the first half of 2025, two new types of deferral will be launched in Reserve+. And by the end of 2025, it will be possible to apply for 35 types of deferral online.
In 2025, the Reserve+ app should have the ability to process 35 types of deferrals without leaving home. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Defense Kateryna Chornohorenko on the air of the telethon, reports the correspondent of UNN.
For 2025, it is planned to develop and implement from a technical point of view all deferrals for our citizens online. This is a very ambitious plan, because the launch of such deferrals depends not only on the Ministry of Defense, but also on the digital team and the readiness of our partners
The official noted that by the end of the first half of 2025, two new types of deferrals should be launched in Reserve+:
- for people who have a temporary unfitness for service based on the conclusion of the military medical commission;
- for families who have a husband and wife in the army and a child under 18 who needs care.
As for the plans for the end of the year, we want to launch the reform of the military medical commission, we are working to ensure that all 35 types of deferrals can be processed in Rezverv+ and we are launching a service for surveys and training there
According to Chornohorenko, the survey in Reserve+ for military personnel is anonymous and should help to carry out certain reforms in the army and highlight existing problems and start correcting them systematically. This is a signal to the state that needs to be changed in the Armed Forces.
Earlier, UNN wrote that people with disabilities can apply for a deferral through the mobile application "Reserve+" if their data is in the EISSS. To apply, you need to submit a request through the application, and then select the appropriate category (in this case, "Person with a disability").
