Nearly 14,000 emergency crew workers will receive 20,000 hryvnias each for March. This is the final payment for the elimination of the consequences of shelling on the energy infrastructure.

This week, additional payments for March will begin for members of emergency recovery crews who are eliminating the consequences of enemy strikes on the energy sector. Nearly 14,000 people will receive the funds: energy workers, gas workers, utility workers, railway workers, and water utility employees. This was reported by Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko, according to UNN.

This is the final support payment of 20,000 hryvnias, which the Government introduced for the period of the difficult situation in the energy sector. In total, payments for January and February have already been received in full

Svyrydenko thanked everyone who worked in difficult conditions this winter, and those who continue to work in repair and recovery crews under extremely complex and dangerous conditions.

Additionally

As reported by Minister of Energy Denys Shmyhal, the government directed over 535 million UAH toward additional payments for energy workers who restored infrastructure after Russian shelling.

For each month from January to March, workers received an additional 20,000 hryvnias in hand.

In total, 793 million UAH was allocated from the state budget reserve fund for additional payments to all workers involved in emergency recovery operations. This includes, in particular, energy workers, gas industry employees, water supply and sewerage workers, utility workers, and railway workers
