Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba meets with French Foreign Minister Colonna in Brussels; France promises to support Ukraine's EU accession negotiations and strengthen European cooperation in the defense industry.

Dmytro Kuleba, Ukraine's Foreign Minister, said that the leaders of the European Parliament support Ukraine's EU membership negotiations and that efforts are being made to make a positive decision in December.

During a meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba in Brussels, Spanish Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albares expressed support for the start of negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the EU.
