Zelensky explained when Moscow will be able to participate in real negotiations

The head of the OP said that Russia will sit down at the negotiating table only after the failure of its current strategy. Ermak stressed the importance of "peace through strength" and the need to return to the situation before February 24, 2022.
Russia will be able to participate in real negotiations with Ukraine only when the Kremlin sees that their current strategy is failing. Diplomacy has no prospects without reinforcement by force. This was stated by the head of the OP Andrey Ermak in an article for Dagens Industri, reports UNN.
"Ensuring Ukraine's victory in the war is a central element of any credible strategy to counter the Russian threat. Moscow will be able to participate in real negotiations only when the Kremlin sees that its current strategy is failing. Diplomacy has no prospects without reinforcement by force. There should be no illusions that appeasing the aggressor will lead to lasting peace," Yermak said.
He noted that the concept of "peace through strength" has proven its effectiveness throughout world history.
"Now it's time to use it again," Ermak added.
Ermak also statedthat fruitful negotiations with Russia are possible only when all the warring parties have the desire to stop hostilities. In addition, the situation must be returned at least to the state of February 23, 2022.
