It is noted that the sanctions are imposed on the general secretary of the Belarusian Dmitry Shevtsov, as well as entrepreneurs Alexander Shakutin, Pavel Topuzidis and Viktor Petrovich.
Among the companies under sanctions are, in particular, the concern "Bellesbumprom, Vavilov Iron and Steel Works - the managing company of the holding "BelOMO, Belmitservice.
The Ministry of Finance noted that the sanctions are related to "anti-democratic actions and human rights violations," and the promotion of enrichment of the family of President Alexander Lukashenko, as well as support for Russian special operation in Ukraine.
