"The attack probably damaged two workshops of the plant," the report said.
It is emphasized that the company's employees were taken to a shelter in time, and there was no warning of air danger in the city or from the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
Meanwhile, Vyacheslav Gladkov, the governor of the Belgorod region, limited himself to a statement about "a blow to one of the enterprises.
