Top U.S. and Chinese military officials talk for the first time in a year

Top US and Chinese military officials held their first virtual meeting in more than a year to discuss global security and the importance of dialogue to prevent conflict, after the US and China agreed to restore ties.
The Pentagon reported that the top military held a virtual meeting with his Chinese counterpart on Thursday.
