Details
Starting in 2024, Ukraine introduced changes to the civil servants' remuneration system aimed at improving the predictability, transparency and fairness of salaries, as well as at improving public sector management. The Ministry of Finance has developed and published an analytical tool (dashboard) containing data on remuneration and the number of employees in state bodies, local state administrations and judicial bodies in January 2024.

According to him, it is now possible to monitor the state's spending on salaries of government employees using the analytical tool "dashboard", which will be regularly updated on a monthly basis.
This tool allows you to see the average salaries of employees in government agencies at the level of positions, as the main task of the Ministry of Finance is to ensure the efficient use of state budget funds, make civil servants' remuneration more transparent and fair, mitigate the tendency of civil servants' turnover and outflow and strengthen the role of the state as an employer
