According to the plan of the presidential administration, several deputies will speak from the parliament rostrum with an appeal to Putin about the need for a new mobilization
It is noted that such an appeal could be made at the very first meeting of the new State Duma after the elections.
Earlier, a post about a supposedly planned "large-scale mobilization" for the fall of 2026 appeared in the Telegram channel of State Duma deputy Andrei Gurulyov.
Later, the deputy stated that his channel had been hacked, but the publication remained accessible.
Against the backdrop of these reports, Russian officials began to publicly deny preparations for a new mobilization.
Corresponding statements were made by Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev, Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov, and State Duma deputy Viktor Sobolev.
There is currently no official confirmation of the information about a possible new mobilization.
