Details
It is noted that the informant "leaked" the information to the Telegram channel, which is administered by representatives of Russian intelligence.
The SBU exposed the suspect's subversive activities in advance and detained her in her home. At the same time, comprehensive measures were taken to secure the locations of the Defense Forces. According to the investigation, the enemy accomplice was a 36-year-old laboratory assistant from a polyclinic in the suburbs of the regional center. With pro-Kremlin views, she was looking for "ways out" to Russian special services to cooperate in the war against Ukraine. To do this, she published classified information in Russian publics, which the occupiers use to collect intelligence on Ukrainian armed forces units.
During the searches at the detainee's place of residence, a cell phone with evidence of criminal actions was seized.
The SBU investigators served the suspect a notice of suspicion under Part 2 Art. 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (unauthorized dissemination of information on the sending, movement of weapons, armaments and ammunition to Ukraine, movement, movement or deployment of the Armed Forces or other military formations formed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, committed under martial law). The offender is currently in custody without the right to be released on bail. She faces up to 8 years in prison.
