The Russian army may strike again at Kharkiv, and residents are advised to stay in shelters until the air raid is over.
Russian occupants may strike again at the city after attacking one of Kharkiv's districts. Residents of the region need to stay in shelters until the air raid warning is canceled, said the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov, reports UNN.
