Russia has encountered serious difficulties in fulfilling the plan to recruit new soldiers, according to a representative of the Ukrainian Main Intelligence Directorate. the Russian authorities are using new incentives and coercion to force citizens to sign contracts.
Russia has serious problems with the implementation of an ambitious plan to recruit new soldiers. This was announced by a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Andriy Yusov, on the air of "We are Ukraine", UNN reports.
According to him, even with the quantitative recruitment of soldiers, they have problems. After all, all this mass needs to be trained, clothed, armed, coordinated and provided with commanders, communications and more.
Yusov noted that Russian propaganda continues to spread the lie that tens of thousands of contract soldiers voluntarily join the army every month.
"If we talk about the bravado of Russian propaganda, tens of thousands of contract soldiers sign up and join the army every month. Now there is a problem with this - the Russian authorities are using more and more incentives and coercion, including in the hinterland, to essentially force new Russian citizens and others to sign up for the contract," he added.
A representative of the GUR said that sooner or later they would have to take extreme measures and declare mobilization again.
