Poland starts repair work at one of its checkpoints on Monday

Starting August 12, Poland will start repairing the asphalt at the Hrebenne-Rava-Ruska border crossing point. The works will last until September 12, 2024 and may cause traffic complications and longer queues.

On Monday, August 12, according to information provided by the Polish side, repair work on the asphalt pavement at the Hrebenne-Rava-Ruska checkpoint will begin. This was reported by the Western Regional Directorate of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine-Western Border, UNN reports .

Details

It is noted that the replacement of the pavement may cause traffic difficulties and longer waiting times, in particular for entry and exit to/from Poland in the freight direction and in the passenger direction for entry into Ukraine.

The work is expected to last until September 12, 2024.
