The company explained that the residential area, like other consumers, is included in the schedules of stabilization outages.
Over the past three days, the residents of the residential complex had electricity on schedule during the following hours: July 8 - 00:00 - 04:00, 07:00 - 21:00; July 9 - 02:00-06:00, 10:00 - 16:00, 20:00 - 00:00; July 10 - 03:00 - 07:00, 12:00 - 18:00, and they will also receive electricity after the schedule expires at 23:00.
At the same time, the company received several complaints from residents of the residential complex that the power did not appear in the white zone of the schedule.
DTEK's emergency team promptly came to inspect the equipment twice. They found out that the power was off due to a malfunctioning switch. The specialists had to turn it on manually.
Today, the power company replaced the switch. And they promised that today, at 23:00, after the schedule expires, the crew will additionally check its operation.
DTEK emphasized that its power engineers work around the clock to distribute affordable electricity and are always ready to respond to any accidents.
We would like to add that it is the responsibility of the Housing and Maintenance Office (HMO) or condominium to monitor the functioning of the switches. Their position on the situation is unknown.
