Deputy Energy Minister Svitlana Hrynchuk said that all Ukrainian NPPs are operating without violations and radiation exceedances. The Energy Ministry denied information about burned transformers at the South Ukrainian NPP.

In Ukraine , all nuclear power plants are operating normally, without technological violations and without any excess of radiation pollution. This was reported by Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine Svitlana Hrynchuk during a telethon, UNN correspondent reports.

A lot of so-called experts use the sensitivity of the moment to comment without having reliable information, but interpreting it and further increasing public anxiety. First and foremost, our nuclear power plants are all operating normally, without any technological violations, without any excess of radiation pollution,

She noted that everything in the power system is under control.

"Yes, it is difficult, because there was a lot of damage, but it is controlled and safe," Hrynchuk added.

Director of the Center for Energy Research Oleksandr Kharchenko saidthat three current transformers burned down at the South Ukrainian NPP over the past three days. According to him, this led to the shutdown of the reactor and the deterioration of the situation with electricity throughout Ukraine.
