According to the head of the JMA, more than 18 settlements in Kharkiv, Chuhuiv, and Kupiansk districts were subjected to artillery and mortar attacks.

"In the village of Kozacha Lopan, a gas pipe, an outpatient clinic, private houses and a car were damaged as a result of enemy shelling. There were no casualties," he said.

As a result of the hostilities, according to Sinegubov, 254 subscribers in Kharkiv district are temporarily without gas supply. After the shelling, 1442 subscribers in the village of Kozacha Lopan were cut off from electricity. Restoration works are ongoing.

"The enemy conducted air strikes on Ivanivka in Kupyansk district. In the Kupyansk sector, Ukrainian defenders repelled 8 enemy attacks in the vicinity of Synkivka," said the head of the JFO.
