Military on the impact of heat: generators deteriorate and drones overheat

The heat has complicated the work of the Ukrainian military on the front line five times, causing drones to overheat and reduce their operating time, and also impairing the operation of generators that provide power to the positions.
The heat has made it five times harder for the Ukrainian military to work on the front lines. The high temperature causes drones to overheat, which reduces their operating time. The generators that operate at the positions and provide them with electricity are also deteriorating. This was reported by a serviceman of the 97th battalion of the 60th separate mechanized brigade "Rost" during a telethon, a correspondent of UNN reports.
It has become five times harder for our soldiers on the front line. They need double or triple portions of water during the day. It needs to be delivered to their positions. The heat is also damaging the generators that operate at the positions and provide electricity to the positions. The drones also overheat, and the FPV cameras in them get very hot. This reduces the operating time of each drone and each FPV, and also reduces the carrying capacity of the bombers and FPVs over long distances
He also reported on the situation in the Liman sector.
"Their (Russians - ed.) activity is very high. Every day they keep trying to approach the Terny and Lyman lines. They are trying to storm us in small groups, but we are holding back this onslaught in the line of our brigade," Rost said.
