In Poltava region, four children beat a 10-year-old boy. The police are establishing the circumstances of the torture, and a criminal investigation has been launched. This is reported by the Main Department of the National Police in the Poltava region, reports UNN.
Details
It is noted that the investigative unit of department 4 (Zinkiv) of the Poltava district police department has initiated criminal proceedings on the fact of beating a 10-year-old boy by four children.
During the initial investigative actions, it was preliminarily established that the incident occurred about two weeks ago in the city of Zinkiv, on the territory of an unfinished building. Four children (10, 11, 12 and 14 years old) held and inflicted bodily injuries on their 10-year-old acquaintance
As the police reported, the children and their parents have already given explanations to the police. The causes and circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
According to this fact, the police investigation unit, under the procedural guidance of the Zinkiv Department of the Dikan District Prosecutor's Office, has initiated criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Article 127 (Torture committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine
Investigative actions are ongoing.
