Government considers new locations for relocation of Okhmatdyt employees and patients - Shmyhal

Prime Minister Shmyhal has instructed ministries to work on allocating funds to restore medical facilities and provide assistance to those affected by Russian missile strikes, including the Okhmatdyt children's hospital, and is considering new locations for relocating its staff and patients.

The Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal instructed the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Economy, and the Ministry of Finance to work on allocating funds to restore medical facilities and help victims of Russian missile strikes, including those on the Okhmatdyt children's hospital. The government is also considering new locations for the relocation of Okhmatdyt staff and patients. UNN reports this with reference to the Prime Minister's post on Telegram.

According to Shmyhal, the Russians have targeted civilian infrastructure. There have been hits to medical facilities, including the destruction of the building of one of the largest children's hospitals, Okhmatdyt, in Kyiv.

We will consider the consequences of this barbaric attack at the next government meeting. He instructed the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Economy, and the Ministry of Finance to immediately work on the allocation of funds to restore medical facilities and help the victims

Also, according to him, on the instructions of the President of Ukraine, the government is considering new locations for relocation of Okhmatdyt employees and patients.

According to him, Ukraine expects its international partners to draw their own conclusions. We need effective responses to Russian terror.
