Since the beginning of June 20, 66 combat engagements have taken place on the front. The most tense situation is on the Pokrovsk direction, where the occupiers carried out 16 attacks.

Since the beginning of the day on June 20, 66 combat engagements between the Defense Forces of Ukraine and Russian troops have been recorded at the front. This was reported by UNN with reference to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The situation remains most tense in the Pokrovsk direction, where the occupiers carried out 16 attacks. Active hostilities also continue in the Lyman, Sloviansk, Kostiantynivka and Huliaipole directions.
In the Southern Slobozhanskyi direction, the Russians attempted to break through Ukrainian defenses four times, and in the Kupiansk direction, they conducted three assaults. At the same time, the enemy did not carry out offensive actions in the Northern Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions.
In addition, Russian troops continue to shell the border areas of Sumy and Chernihiv regions. The General Staff emphasized that Ukrainian military personnel continue to exhaust the enemy along the entire front line and in its rear.
