The National Police warns about scammers who offer to "guarantee" passing the practical exam at the MVS service center without personal presence. Such services do not exist; people risk losing money and receiving a fake driver's license.

Scammers offer to "guarantee" passing the practical exam for obtaining a driver's license at the Ministry of Internal Affairs service center without personal presence. The National Police warns about this, UNN reports.
Details
It is noted that in reality such "services" do not exist: people risk losing money, transferring personal data to criminals, and receiving a fake driver's license that is not reflected in state registers and the "Diia" application.
The Main Service Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, together with the Cyber Police, emphasize: the practical exam is taken exclusively in person after presenting the necessary documents. There are no legal ways to take it remotely or through third parties.
Law enforcement officers urge citizens not to click on suspicious links, not to send copies of documents to strangers, and not to transfer funds to private cards.
"Criminal liability is provided for the production, sale and use of forged documents. If you notice fraudulent content, report it to the Cyber Police," the National Police urged.
Reminder
The National Police of Ukraine reported that phone fraud remains a common method of extracting data and money. Scammers may pose as bank employees, mobile operators, or government officials.
