Russian occupiers attacked Dnipro on May 3 with 5 Kh-59/69 guided air-to-surface missiles from the southern direction at around 3:00 PM. This was reported by UNN with reference to the Air Command "East" of the Air Forces of the AFU.

4 missiles were intercepted and shot down by units of the Air Command "East," while one more missile failed to reach its target.
However, one of the downed missiles fell on a civilian residential area. There are casualties and a fatality.

The Kh-59 series missiles and their modern modification, the Kh-69, are Russian high-precision medium-range air-to-surface missiles. They are capable of covering distances of 290-400 km and more: due to their specific body shape and materials, they have lower radar visibility.
The missile carriers are Su-34, Su-35, and Su-57 fighters. They can also be launched from Ka-52 attack helicopters.

On Sunday, May 3, Russian occupiers attacked Dnipro with cruise missiles. According to preliminary data, one of the missiles fell into the water. It is also reported that between 4 and 5 enemy missiles were launched.

Due to the Russian missile attack on Dnipro, the number of casualties has risen to 11 - one person was killed. Meanwhile, reports appeared in Dnipro media stating that the deceased was a 19-year-old young man.
