An explosion and fire occurred at the Escientia pharmaceutical plant in Andhra Pradesh during a lunch break. 14 people died, several were hospitalized with burns, and the exact number of victims is unknown.

It is noted that the explosion occurred on the territory of the Escientia pharmaceutical company's plant in Andhra Pradesh during a lunch break. The company employs a total of more than 1,000 people.
Several people were reportedly hospitalized with burns, but the exact number of victims is not yet known.
Dozens of fire trucks are trying to extinguish the fire. The search and rescue operation is hampered by thick smoke at the plant. Experts are currently investigating the cause of the explosion.
