Over the past day, 234 combat engagements occurred on the front, the most in the Huliaipole and Pokrovsk directions. The enemy carried out 90 airstrikes and used almost 10 thousand kamikaze drones.
A quarter of the 234 battles on the front over the past day occurred in two directions - Huliaipole and Pokrovsk, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported in its morning update on June 20, showing a map of hostilities, UNN writes.
In total, 234 combat engagements were recorded over the past day
Yesterday, the enemy carried out 90 airstrikes, dropping 278 guided aerial bombs. In addition, it used 9,561 kamikaze drones and conducted 2,983 shellings of populated areas and positions of our troops, including 44 from multiple launch rocket systems.
Over the past day, aviation, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces struck 20 areas of concentration of enemy personnel and four artillery pieces.
Situation by directions
In the North-Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions over the past day, the aggressor carried out two airstrikes using five KABs, conducted 73 shellings of our troops' positions and populated areas, including two using MLRS.
In the South-Slobozhanskyi direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our units 10 times in the areas of the settlements of Prylipka, Izbystske, Vovchansk, Okhrimivka and Dvorichanske.
In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attacked five times, towards Kupiansk, Kurylivka, Bohuslavka and Myrove.
In the Lyman direction, the enemy tried to break into our defense 14 times, attacking in the areas of the settlements of Borova, Drobysheve, Novoselivka, Stavky, Novomykhailivka, Novoserhiivka, Derylove and Lyman.
In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy stormed 11 times, towards Rai-Oleksandrivka and in the area of Riznykivka, Kryva Luka, Zakitne and Kalenyky.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the occupiers attacked twice in the area of Chasiv Yar and Viroliubivka.
In the Kostiantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 19 attacks, in the areas of the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Illinivka, Rusyn Yar, Vilne, Toretske and Kucheriv Yar.
In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 29 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Ivanivka, Novyi Donbas, Rodynske, Novooleksandrivka, Bilytske, Novohryshyne, Serhiivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Filia, Vasylivka, Molodetske and Novopavlivka.
In the Oleksandrivka direction, the invaders conducted three assault actions in the areas of Kalynivske, Verbove and Oleksandrohrad.
In the Huliaipole direction, the occupiers carried out 30 attacks towards the settlements of Rybne, Nove Zaporizhzhia, Dobropillia, Hirke, Vozdvyzhivka, Staroukrainka, Olenokostiantynivka, Verkhnia Tersa, Huliaipilske, Charivne, Liubytske, Myrne and Novoselivka.
In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders stopped two attempts by the enemy to advance in the area of Stepnohirsk.
In the Prydniprovskyi direction, the enemy did not conduct offensive actions.
In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of the formation of enemy offensive groupings were detected.
