Power engineers have restored power to 47 settlements, but 276 settlements remain without electricity.
As of 16:00, 276 towns and villages in the region remain without electricity. This is reported by DTEK Odesa Power Grids, according to UNN.

At the same time, according to UNN , DTEK is sorely short of staff. There are about 100 brigades in the region, which is one brigade for two settlements.
