President Volodymyr Zelenskyy instructed the Main Intelligence Directorate and the Armed Forces of Ukraine to strike Russian facilities that the Kremlin uses for the war. He noted that strikes on Russia's oil refining infrastructure caused a fuel shortage in 60 regions.

President Volodymyr Zelensky has given an official directive to the Main Intelligence Directorate and the Armed Forces of Ukraine to work proactively and strike Russian facilities that the Kremlin uses to conduct and escalate the war against Ukraine. The head of state announced this on Telegram, reports UNN.
Details
Zelensky emphasized that historically Russia is built on aggressive principles, but Ukraine is waging an exclusively just liberation struggle.
Russia is not occupying foreign lands for the first time: the Russian state consists of many subjugated peoples, from stolen lands. We are fighting for our land. We are fighting for our people. We are fighting for justice for Ukraine. I ordered our intelligence and army to work proactively on those facilities that the Russians use to escalate the war
According to the president, the Russian leadership is concentrating air defense systems around Moscow, Valdai, and the Kerch Bridge, weakening the protection of other regions of the country. In particular, hundreds of launchers of S-400, S-500, and "Pantsir" systems have been deployed to the Moscow region, he said.
At the same time, in all other directions and in the rest of Russian cities, only a few launchers remain. According to Zelensky, such priorities clearly demonstrate that the Kremlin is protecting exclusively its own power, which is the source of this war.
The consequences of systematic strikes on Russia's oil refining infrastructure have already become tangible for the Russian economy. Currently, in more than 60 Russian regions, there is an acute fuel shortage, as well as a sharp increase in gasoline and diesel prices, if they are available at gas stations at all, Zelensky noted.
Russian special services are even already proposing to postpone or completely cancel the ritual of electing "United Russia" to the State Duma: their next imitation of elections was planned for September, and now we see from intelligence reports that Russia is not confident in the processes for September. There are many difficulties, and only because Putin refuses to end his war and does not hear our proposals for a meeting, proposals for real negotiations and a worthy peace
Let us add
russia was attacked by drones, including on the night of June 18. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed the strikes on the Moscow oil refinery. He thanked the military of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the strikes deep in the territory of russia, which were carried out by modernized FP-1 drones manufactured by the Ukrainian company Fire Point, and stated that the long-range sanctions plan is being implemented. Footage appeared online of Ukrainian FP-1 drones over the Russian capital, which the "Pantsir" system unsuccessfully attempts to shoot down. This is the second strike on the Moscow oil refinery.
Prior to this, on June 16, in the Moscow region and Krasnodar Krai of the russian federation, attacks by UAVs on oil facilities were recorded. Footage was also posted online showing an FP-1 strike drone maneuvering in the sky over Moscow, created by the company Fire Point for deep strikes on enemy territory. Analysts point out that the affected oil refinery is located approximately 15 kilometers from the Kremlin. Also, in the russian federation, they recently reported an attack by drones on the Tyumen Oil Refinery (formerly the Antipinsky Oil Refinery). Ukrainian drones also struck the infrastructure of the "Kavkaz" seaport in the Krasnodar Krai - the tank farm of the oil product transshipment complex and the territory of the oil depot were hit.
In addition, the military, using Ukrainian-made middle-strike UAVs, have already struck key Crimean bridges near Chongar and Armyansk. The strikes were carried out using FP-2 and "Begemot" drones. The bridge connecting the Kherson region with Crimea in Chongar was hit twice – on the night of June 6-7, and also on the night of June 9. Furthermore, on June 8, a bridge leading from Henichesk to the Arabat Spit came under attack. Two more bridges across the North Crimean Canal – near the settlements of Preobrazhenka and Myrne near Armyansk – were attacked on June 11.
In addition, on the night of June 13, the "Dzhankoi" checkpoint, a railway bridge, and a pontoon crossing were hit. In the video recordings of the strikes, shown by the 1st Separate Assault Regiment named after Dmytro Kotsiubailo, instead of a traditional sight, there is a green heart, which is characteristic of the strike drones produced by Fire Point. On the night of June 22, a railway bridge across the North Crimean Canal was destroyed. The series of strikes on bridges and logistics routes connecting the temporarily occupied Crimea with the mainland part of Ukraine became another stage of the Ukrainian strategy to isolate the Russian group in the south.
Recall
In recent weeks, Ukrainian military have been systematically striking Russian air defense. Thus, on June 24, the SBU confirmed the successful targeting of air defense systems in the area of the Kerch Strait and the military airfields "Saky" and "Gvardiyske" in occupied Crimea. According to the special service, two units from the S-400 anti-aircraft missile system and two "Pantsir-S1" anti-aircraft missile and gun systems were hit.
On the same day, co-owner and chief designer of Fire Point, Denys Shtilerman, published on social network X a message from the SBU about the results of the operation, which may indicate the use of, among other things, weapons manufactured by Fire Point during the strike.
Furthermore, on June 22, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confirmed the targeting of a high-precision missile strike on an enterprise in Voronezh that produces electronic components for Russian missiles and air defense systems. According to the military, the plant supplied the component base for Kh-101 missiles and the Iskander-K system, as well as diodes and transistor assemblies for the television channels of the combat vehicles of the Pantsir-S1 anti-aircraft missile and gun system. The General Staff emphasized that the destruction of the capacities of such an enterprise directly affects Russia's ability to produce new missiles and restore losses of air defense systems.
