Details

Law enforcement officers note that using his official position and access to departmental databases, the serviceman offered to help men of conscription age avoid mobilization. In exchange for money, the defendant promised to remove from the databases information about the fact of serving a call-up and failure to report to the military commissariat. He estimated his service at 20-40 thousand hryvnias.

In order to remain undetected, the bribe-taker invented his own corruption scheme. The evaders would go to the store to pay for the goods chosen by the offender, including building materials, and then hand him a check and a bill of lading.
