The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has reacted to the statement by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov that France allegedly offered Russia to conduct a dialogue on the Russian-Ukrainian war without involving Ukraine, emphasizing his reputation as a pathological liar. This was stated by Foreign Ministry spokesman Georgy Tykhyi during a press conference, an UNN correspondent reports .
