Stefanchuk discussed the needs of the Defense Forces with the Chairman of the National Assembly of Bulgaria

The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk met with the Chairman of the Bulgarian National Assembly Rosen Zhelyazkov and discussed cooperation in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, emphasizing the need for continuous supply of weapons, treatment of wounded soldiers and effective security guarantees, including a potential bilateral security agreement with Bulgaria.

The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk met with the Chairman of the National Assembly of Bulgaria Rosen Zhelyazkov and discussed cooperation in supporting the Defense Forces. This was reported by UNN with reference to the press service of the Verkhovna Rada.

In particular, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine noted that accelerating Ukraine's victory is possible only if Ukraine receives continuous and timely supplies of weapons, including artillery, ammunition, air defense systems, and the necessary equipment.

In addition, Ukraine needs help in treating wounded Ukrainian soldiers.

The parties also discussed Ukraine's European and Euro-Atlantic integration. Ruslan Stefanchuk said that Ukraine has fulfilled all four legislative steps - a condition for starting negotiations on joining the European Union.
