As noted, one private house was destroyed by a direct missile hit. At the time of the explosion, there were two elderly people inside. They were assisted by police officers and the State Emergency Service.

Police collected evidence of a war crime in Russia. Legal classification - Article 438 of the Criminal Code (violation of the laws and customs of war).
