In the morning of March 31, Russian soldiers once again attacked civilians - they dropped explosives from a drone on a civilian car in the Dnipro district of Kherson. As a result of the attack, three people were injured: a 43-year-old woman and two men, 44 and 61 years old

The oldest victim was taken to a medical facility in serious condition.
Under the procedural supervision of the Kherson District Prosecutor's Office, a pre-trial investigation has been launched in criminal proceedings on the fact of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
Prosecutors, together with police officers, are actively working to record war crimes committed by Russian servicemen.
