The Governor of the Perm Krai of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Makhonin, reported drone strikes on "industrial sites" via his Telegram channel. "All emergency services are working on-site. Employees have been evacuated. According to preliminary information, there are no casualties or injuries," Makhonin wrote.

OSINT analysts claim that the Perm oil refinery - "Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez" (PNOS) - has been attacked once again.

"In Perm, 'Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez' (PNOS) has been attacked for the third time in 9 days," an ASTRA analysis also indicates.

"After analyzing a photo from an eyewitness, an ASTRA OSINT specialist determined that the picture was taken from the parking lot of the 'Planeta' shopping mall - approximately 5.5 km from the PNOS territory. The authorities confirmed the attack 'on one of the industrial enterprises' but did not specify the name," the report states.

It is reported that classes were canceled in some schools, and children were evacuated in others.

LLC "Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez" (PNOS) is one of the largest oil refineries in Russia, located in Perm. Part of the Lukoil group, the facility processes over 13 million tons of oil per year, producing a wide range of products, including high-quality gasoline, diesel fuel, aviation kerosene, and lubricants.
