Occupiers recruit drivers in the TOT due to problems with military logistics - CNS
Kyiv • UNN
After the AFU strikes on logistics, Russians have a shortage of drivers. In the TOT, they have intensified the recruitment of local residents with promises of big money.

After a series of precision strikes by Ukraine's Defense Forces on Russian military logistics, the occupiers faced not only a shortage of fuel and ammunition but also a lack of drivers capable of supplying military cargo. This is reported by the National Resistance Center of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (NRC), informs UNN.
Details
It is noted that this is why the recruitment campaign for local residents has intensified in the temporarily occupied territories (TOT).
The occupation administration is looking for drivers of trucks, special equipment, fuel tankers, medical transport, and other vehicles used to support Russian troops
It is indicated that at the same time, the occupation administration continues to create an artificial economic crisis in the TOT: workers at civilian enterprises have their salaries delayed for months, leaving people without a stable income. Against this backdrop, the occupiers lure residents with promises of "big money" for a contract, using financial difficulties as one of the main recruitment tools.
"The intensification of such recruitment is further evidence of serious problems in the Russian army with its own logistics. After the loss of transport convoys, the occupiers are forced to seek new drivers among the population of the TOT to maintain the supply of fuel, ammunition, and other military property to their units," the NRC summarizes.

Due to attacks on refineries, oil production in Russia has fallen to a yearly low. In 53 regions and occupied territories, limits on fuel sales have been introduced.
