After the powerful earthquakes that claimed more than 1,600 lives, new tremors were recorded in Myanmar. One of them, with a magnitude of 5.1, occurred near the capital Naypyidaw at a depth of 10 km.

The earthquake was recorded by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), reports UNN.
Several new earthquakes occurred in Myanmar. At 10:20 a.m. local time (6:50 a.m. in Ukraine), an earthquake of magnitude 5.1 was recorded near the capital Naypyidaw at a depth of 10 km.

This was reported by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). This shock was preceded by a magnitude 4.2 earthquake in Shwebo, about 70 km north of Mandalay (the second largest city in Myanmar with a population of over 1 million people).
