In the Carpathian region, mountain rescuers have provided assistance to tourists twice in recent days. In the first case, the rescuers provided first aid to a man born in 1974 who was injured in the village of Osmoloda, Kalush district. After providing first aid and organizing escort, the victim was handed over to doctors.
In the second case, Vorokhta rescuers helped a resident of Khmelnytsky born in 1973 who felt unwell while in the mountains. The woman was part of a tourist group of 19 people.
