"Police officers with the involvement of criminal analysis officers and the Kiev Department of internal security promptly identified the violator — this is a repeatedly convicted 45-year-old local resident. Law enforcement officers detained the man and during an urgent search at his place of residence seized a pistol and a uniform, the origin of which is now being established," the report says.
It is noted that the violator has nothing to do with law enforcement agencies.
Criminal proceedings have been initiated on this fact under several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
