The government has expanded the possibilities of receiving recovery services through the CAA for citizens who do not use the action. Now you can not only submit applications, but also book funds for the purchase of real estate directly in the CAA.
For citizens who cannot use the renewal due to the action, the possibilities of obtaining services in administrative service centers (CAAS) have been expanded.
This was announced by the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on the organization of state power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and urban planning Elena Shulyak, writes UNN.
For citizens who are unable to use the service, there is a recovery through Diya, and the algorithm for receiving the service through the CAA has been expanded. Applicants, in particular the elderly, or those who do not have access to the internet, can book funds for the purchase of real estate directly from the CAA. Previously, it was only possible to apply for compensation through the Administrative Services Center
She noted that the government continues to improve the recovery program, taking into account the recommendations received during public consultations at the end of 2023.
Since the beginning of 2024, it has become possible to apply for compensation not only through the action, but also through administrative service centers (CAA). The next step is to be able to book funds for the purchase of real estate based on an approved application.
If earlier it was possible to do this exclusively through an action, now the recovery certificate will also allow you to book funds in the CAA.
