"The Center for Public Integrity records the intensification of the disinformation campaign on the TikTok network aimed at disrupting mobilization and discrediting the military and political leadership of Ukraine," the statement said.

According to the National Security and Defense Council's CDC, "in particular, music videos of Yuriy Lisovsky, one of the Ukrainian rap artists who went abroad in 2024, are being circulated." "These videos are used on social media to create a negative image of the CCC employees and military personnel involved in mobilization. Also, some of the content of this artist can be interpreted as an attempt to normalize the process of evading mobilization," the Center noted.

"The creation and dissemination of such destructive materials can play along with Russian propaganda and fit into the Russian strategy to undermine Ukraine's defense capabilities, in which the enemy has been investing large resources since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. By discrediting the mobilization, Russia is trying to incite hatred and create tension among Ukrainians and weaken our country's defense capabilities," the NSDC's CDC emphasized.

Earlier, the Center reported on the "Evader" campaign, which is also aimed at disrupting mobilization.
