Bad weather in Ukraine has left 12 dead and 23 injured, including children; emergency services are actively responding to the situation.
As of Wednesday morning, 12 people have died as a result of snowfall and strong winds have already killed 12 people in Ukraine. Another 23 people were injured, including children. This was reported by Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko, according to UNN.
