"The innovations apply to persons under the age of 25 who are in the TOT or who have traveled abroad from the TOT or from the territories of active hostilities. The enrollment of such citizens in Ukrainian higher education institutions will be carried out with a delay in their military registration (until the end of the martial law period)," the Ministry said on Telegram.
According to MP Oleksiy Honcharenko, "The Cabinet of Ministers has postponed the submission of military registration documents to educational institutions for people from the temporarily occupied territories and territories of active hostilities."
