The President of Ukraine is expected to submit two draft laws to the Parliament - on the extension of martial law and general mobilization. The Verkhovna Rada is expected to vote to extend martial law for 90 days, until November 9, 2024.

In the coming days, the Verkhovna Rada is expecting two presidential bills to be considered - one on the extension of martial law and the other on general mobilization. They are expected to be extended for 90 days, until November 9, 2024. This was announced by MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak on Saturday, UNN reports.

"In the coming days, the President will submit two laws to the Parliament: 1. On the extension of martial law. 2. On the extension of general mobilization," Zheleznyak writes on Telegram.

He reminds that martial law is still in effect until August 11, 2024.

"Accordingly, next week, around July 22-25, the committee will vote and then the Rada will vote. And, very likely, again for 90 days, that is, until November 09, 2024. This will be the twelfth time the Rada has voted for martial law," Zheleznyak says.
