A Pentagon spokesman was asked to comment on the words of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who yesterday recalled that a North Korean soldier was killed during the fighting.

At the moment, we have not seen North Korean soldiers actively participate in offensive combat operations on the front line. We know that in many cases they were integrated into Russian units, and we are aware of reports of deaths of North Korean soldiers as a result of Ukrainian strikes on Russian targets. we don't have any figures that you can give, but overall, we haven'T seen the DPRK engage in offensive combat operations yet, although we expect this to happen at some point in time
