Ihor Kuzin emphasized that if a person is sick, he or she should stay at home and use a mask if necessary to go out in public. If a patient has concomitant serious illnesses, is overweight, or is at risk, they should seek medical attention as soon as possible.
He also noted that at least 12 million Ukrainians do not even have a second booster, meaning that "in fact, they do not have full immunity." Therefore, according to the doctor, vaccination should be the basis for preventing the health of every Ukrainian.
