While checking the documents for the car, veteran demanded his ID from the police, but they ignored him and threatened to use physical force. Yamaha warned that he had a disability, but the police officer said:
What kind of disability do you have? Head disability, right?
Then the veteran was allegedly roughly thrown to the ground and his arm was broken. The man shouted that it was broken and asked to let him go, agreeing to handcuff him.
