The police have launched an internal investigation into the actions of law enforcement officers who roughly detained a veteran with the call sign Yamaha. During the incident, the man's arm was broken, despite warnings about his disability.

The police are conducting an investigation into the actions of law enforcement officers in Dnipropetrovs'k region who allegedly roughly broke a man's arm during his arrest.

The network reportsthat it is a former military man with the call sign Yamaha whose arm is broken, UNN reports.

For example, the unofficial Telegram channel of the 25th Separate Airborne Sicheslav Brigade in  posted a video of a man being roughly detained by police.

While checking the documents for the car, veteran  demanded his ID from the police, but they ignored him and threatened to use physical force. Yamaha warned that he had a disability, but the police officer said: 

What kind of disability do you have? Head disability, right?

Then the veteran was allegedly roughly thrown to the ground and his arm was broken. The man shouted that it was broken and asked to let him go, agreeing to handcuff him.

A video of police officers detaining a man on the street was posted on social media. The management of the police department launched an internal investigation into the incident to establish the legality of the police officers' actions at the scene.
