The russian dictator has signed a law that allows the executive authorities and law enforcement agencies of the TOT of Ukraine to hide information about their work from the public. This was reported by The Moscow Times, according to UNN.

It is noted that the russian Ministry of Justice, which drafted the bill, argued that the new restrictions were necessary due to "problems with ensuring the security of state bodies under martial law." 

Several Kremlin-appointed officials and aides have been killed or wounded since russia's invasion of Ukraine in 2022, including as recently as this week.

According to the publication, the amendments authorize the Supreme Court of Russia to determine whether judicial bodies in regions where martial law is in effect can restrict information about their activities.

Similarly, federal prosecutors and investigators will have the authority to restrict information about the activities of their offices in regions where martial law is in effect.
